Issuance and cancellation

Every time I enter a serial number into the database, I record whether the certificate was issued and cancelled.

Unreliability. Unfortunately, of all the information I find, receive and record, information about issuance and cancellation is the least reliable.

Therefore, if you find errors in the list of serial numbers, then please contact me at tcox@coxrail.com.

Cancellation is a special problem. Just because you cannot see cancellation in auction photos does NOT mean that certificates were not cancelled. Cut cancellation are very hard to see.
