Like some western states, many of Florida's certificates
originate from only a few large, relatively modern companies. Florida
is important among collectors of Southern states' material, so it is not
possible to collect a large number of different varieties; there just
is not enough to go around. Currently, the Florida state seal has never
been recorded on railroad certificates, although some almost certainly
should have been issued.
